Taullera (place)

I've mentioned my cotton wrap a few times. This photo below taken in Cala Taullera in Mahon harbor shows what it looks like with my teardrop slingshot. It takes about 20 minutes to dry in the warm sun, this shows it at about 5 minutes.

Porto Conte, teardrop slingshot (place)

The slingshot I wore on the beaches in Porto Conte turned out to be teardrop like. This photo was taken just after a another boat had passed to anchor.

Marina Kali (model)

My Best Friend's Mom (story)

A reference to slingshots in a story, although its referred to as sideless g-string. The second bikini describes sounds similar to a purple bikini Marina Kali wears on the CoverModels website. I'll post a link in a minute.

Tyler's Spring Break in April (story)

A story which has two paragraphs containing a slingshots.

Laura (model)

This photo is from last summer. She can been seen in yellow slingshot on the background video for another great slingshot wearing model available from "models" part of the bikini selling company shown on the photo. A great place for slingshots of various designs.

I've seen a new design on a modelling website which appears to solve the problem of the fronts slipping of breasts.

Silver, almost a slingshot

One final image of the pink slingshot model. This one of the first times I ever saw her. The design is very similar the yellow one except you can see the strings easier.
Unlike slingshots without a seperate tops, this design looks like it would hold itself against the body stopping th material moving. Perhaps bikini bite would not be needed?

Yellow swimsuit like sling

I posted an entry earlier about a model wearing a pink slingshot. It mentioned a slingshot like design. This is the yellow one. She wore a red one for the SilverCash 2005 bikini contest.

It is difficult to see on this photo but the strings on this swimsuit go down from below the bikini top to two places. One place is the bikini bottom on the front, the other goes behind her back to join with the bikini bottoms via her back. This is similar to the way slingshots run so I decided to include it on this blog.

Smallest slingshot ever seen

I found some slingshots for sale on ebay. This is the large one.

But, is the following a slingshot?

The answer is YES! Look at it carefully. Look at the bottoms and follow the two strings. You will find they both connect to a loop which your neck goes through. Zooming in the loop looks like it is elastic.
This is the smallest slingshot swimsuit I have ever found. Hopefully someone reading this has a photo of one being worn.

Es Grau (place), first visit

This photo was taken on my first visit to Es Grau in Minorca. An aerial photo appeared on an earlier entry which also included a house I'd hoped to use for a photo shoot. A school group turned up just before I changed into my slingshot so I moved to the location shown below.

I had left my spare rolls on the boat so I didn't take many photos. About 30 minutes later while I was sunbathing wearing this slingshot a mother and her two children clambered over some rocks to get to this beach. The children went fishing a bit of distance away but the mother sat down nearby for the next hour. Lying on my front with the single string gently moving in the breeze I was able to occasionally glance at her. She had never seen a slingshot before. :-)

Pink slingshot (model)

It took 9 months to find out the name of this model from Argentina, so you'll have to try finding it for yourself.

This model has worn lots of small swimsuits which are very like slingshots (I've seen three similar designs which are red, white, yellow). However, at last I've found one were its a full slingshot, hope her website updates soon.

Yellow slingshot (buy)

I've just about completed my third slingshot using yellow lycra like this design from Roma available from bikini-beach.com. My other slingshots have not been made out of such bright material.

The first design differs in that the back is a single string about 1cm diameter. The second design is similar with two straps up the back although not at wide as the picture below.

Es Grau (place)

I visited Es Grau in Minorca. This photo shows the beaches, car park, roads and nature reserve where I've worn my slingshot.


The first time I visited I took some photos of my slingshot. Look below for my blue slingshot.

On the second visit I couldn't carry the camera because this was the first time I'd swam ashore wearing only my slingshot and cotton wrap, having left my shorts tied to the side of the boat.


I swam ashore to this beach, it was slighty awkward walking bare foot on the rock strewn path to get to the beach.

It took me about 5 minutes of walking along the beach to take of my wrap. The same material used for the wrap was used for slingshot, the very light yellow was slighly seethrough when damp. I walked to the exit of the beach and walked back to some boats for hire.

It was about 8 in the morning when I put my wrap on and walked through the car park to the road that leads out of the town towards the entrance to the nature reserve. Someone walking their dog smiled as I continued on. I almost turned around when I had to pass the entrance to a hotel where a Range Rover was waiting to leave. Getting within a metre of the windows increased my heart beat but I pushed on to the park. Once in park I took of my wrap and sat on the bridge a few minutes in. There is a loop, with a woodern walkway which I followed.

I almost returned to the beach via the direct entrance from the park. However, I decided to walk back along the road. Again a couple of cars at the hotel almost made me turn round. The beach was slightly busier so I walked the length and back again before swimming back to the boat.

Yellow glassbottom boat from Mahon (place)

This is my white slingshot taken at Taullera. It is difficult to judge the distance to the yellow glass bottom boat which leaves Mahon every hour. At 50 meters its not the closest a tourist boat has came while I've been wearing my slingshot. On another occasion in this bay the white tourist boat you will see soon came within 20 meters.

Taullera 2 (place)

The picture of the teardrop slingshot were taken next to the Alfonso canal where the black dot it. I've worn my slingshot in other places.
This cove has regular glass bottom tour boats passing through it. The last post about this place had a cotton wrap covering the slingshot, this is what it looks like without the wrap.

Karen wearing a red slingshot (natural)

The photo below is part of one of my best sets because it is semi-natural. Karen was on holiday in Cancun. She admits on a website (which discusses this all inclusive resort) that she didn't wear it long.

It not often you see someone wearing a slingshot, which has not been taken as part of a photoshoot. This photo is probably the best of the set despite the strings running in different ways.

Porto Conte (place)

One of the most public places I've worn my slingshot was a couple of beaches next this hotel. One of the beaches was just to the right of the first photo on this page.

The following is an account:

I put on my white cloth black string slingshot on the boat and rowed ashore wearing a tshirt and yellow wrap. I walked on the road past Porto Conte Marina towards the hotel. On the left side of this photo on the beach it was a bit full so I walked on. (The next morning before this beach became full I swam ashore wearing my slingshot and sunbathed.)

Walking past a hotel, with people playing tennis I found a wire gate which led down to a beach. It was between two hotels where I'd see people walking earlier that day. It was still the heat of the day so I took of my t-shirt and layed out under a tree for an hour.

At about 1600 I decided it was time to go on the beach, nearby was a canoe hire for a hotel. I layed out on the beach and had a swim. It should be mentioned the width of the beach was about 5 metres, so 50 people who walked past passed less than 3 metres away. Here is a photo:

Two people passing were of note. One was women, about 25 years old wearing a green and black bikini, had a broad smile. A mother, about 38, with husband and son glanched back with a expression looking like she couldn't believe my swimsuit was so small.

At 1730 I needed to to a local shop, walking along the road and passing houses my t-shirt and wrap kept my sling shot covered. The shop was slightly to busy so my wrap was changed to shorts. Walking back to the boat I changed back into my wrap. Passing the marina a women, about 30, wearing a pink t-shirt and short black dress was at the entrance, if only I was wasn't wearing my t-shirt.

On getting back to the dingy a couple of young women and man were messing about and posing in the water nearby. I got back to the boat as this photo shows. Notice the orange and white building on the left matches the aerial photo above.
